God Will Make Your Dreams Come True

And my God shall supply all your need
according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
(Philippians 4:19)

MY PRAYER: Lord, the world is full of naysayers, and some of these naysayers are Your own followers. They insist that we shouldn’t dream big dreams; that Your Word doesn’t talk about our happiness or making us wealthy. I see big things for my life, and I want so much more than what I have now. God, help me to understand what you want for me in terms of my dreams of the future. Am I foolish to put my hopes and dreams in Your hands?

REMINDER FROM GOD: Rely on Me, alone. I am your only hope! Pursue righteousness and love, and you will most certainly find life, prosperity and honor. I will grant your requests because You are honorable in my site. I will enlarge your territory and My hand will be upon you. I have plans to prosper you; plans to give you a future filled with hope. For you fear Me, you shall not want. For you seek Me, you shall not lack any good thing. I make the dreams of the poor come true; I will set you on high places! I promise you wealth, honor and life. I will give you the strength to produce wealth so as to confirm my covenant. Don’t give up, because in due time you will reap the rewards. I will freely give you all good things. I Am for you, therefore no one can stop you! You will be blessed when you put your hope in Me. I shall supply all of your needs—AND MORE—according to My glorious riches! I will give you the desires of your heart and make all of your plans succeed.

{Psalm 39:7; Proverbs 21:21; 1 Chronicles 4:10; Jeremiah 29:11; Psalm 34:9-10; 2 Psalm 14:6 MSG; Psalm 18:33; Proverbs 22:4; Deuteronomy 8:18; Galatians 6:9; Romans 8:331-32; Psalm 146:5; Philippians 4:19; Psalm 20:4}

NOTE TO SELF: It is possible to live with my head in the clouds, dreaming dreams God puts in my heart, while my feet are planted firmly on the ground. Logically speaking, the world doesn’t see or believe that God can make the wildest of dreams a reality. They believe in their own works as a means of success, while God insists that I place my hopes and dreams fully in Him and He won’t let me down. It’s only when I wander away from dreaming where dreams get lost and can’t come true. When I lose focus and become all too involved in my circumstances, God can’t act on my dreams that are buried and hidden away. I need to bring my dreams back to the surface, give them to God, and believe He can and will make them happen.

{God has glorious riches that He is eager to give to those who pursue Him, trust Him, and fear Him. He will not hold back anything from those who love Him. What dreams have you packed away and forgotten? Do the promises of God listed above inspire you to believe in your dreams again? Will you trust God to make them come true?}

  1. Thanks Tristine! Somehow I arrived at this site because Jesus wanted me to read your encouraging words. Even though this was posted in January, the pages jumped right out and into my heart. I truly needed this!

  2. Last night I asked God to send someone to my site and leave a very specific comment (because I very rarely receive any except from one follower, and I told God it could NOT be from her!) to confirm if I should continue on with this blog. I've been feeling a bit discouraged and disheartened, and lately I've been wondering if I should carry on with this any longer. I wanted to make sure I wasn't acting on my own accord, but was doing God's will. I needed to know for sure. Out of nowhere you found this site, telling me that "Jesus wanted" you to read this. What I find more ironic in all of this, is that it ended up on this specific blog, "God Will Make Your Dreams Comes True." Thank you for allowing God to use you...even if you didn't know He did. God bless you!!!
